Café de la Débrouille is a community initiative with strong roots in its local area, dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity and socioeconomic challenges.

Its mission is to ensure access to food security, both in terms of quality and quantity, for individuals and households in Rigaud, Pointe-Fortune, and Très-Saint-Rédempteur, particularly those whose modest incomes limit their access to sufficient and nutritious food. Through its essential services, including food assistance, community kitchens, and other complementary activities, Café de la Débrouille aims to offer real, respectful, and dignified support.

Since its founding in 1992, the organization has grown thanks to the commitment of volunteers, partners, and donors, consolidating its role as a social pillar for hundreds of people each year. Through innovation and adaptation of its services, it pursues its goal of being an accessible and effective resource, responding to the food and social needs of its community.
