CAB du Haut Saint-Maurice

Founded in 1989, the Carrefour d’action bénévole du Haut Saint-Maurice (CABHSM) is dedicated to promoting volunteer action to meet the needs of the community.

One of its main services, the Centrale alimentaire, is a food counter that distributes perishable and non-perishable foodstuffs twice a month on Wednesdays to individuals and families living in poverty in La Tuque.

The sales made on the 22nd of each month at the charging stations located at IGA Supermarché Arcand in La Tuque are donated to them.
