Since 1848, the Society of Saint-Vincent de Paul (SSVP) has been helping people in need in Montreal, Laval and the L’Assomption MRC. Thanks to the commitment of its volunteers, the organization acts with compassion and respect, regardless of culture, language or religion.
SSVP offers essential assistance, including food aid services, school retention programs, social integration programs and access to basic necessities.
The organization promotes the values of listening, dignity and integration, forging strong ties with the most vulnerable.
The sales made on the 22nd of each month at the charging stations located at IGA Marché des Oiseaux in Laval are donated to them.
