EcoCharge, a charging station
fast, nearby, and giving back
Deployed in Quebec and New Brunswick, the fast charging stations (level 3, DCFC) of the EcoCharge network support you both on your daily trips and during your regional getaways. Located in parking lots close to nearby services, our stations allow you to quickly recharge while you do your grocery shopping or take a well-deserved break during your travels.
Additionally, by charging at an EcoCharge station, you give back to the community: all sales made on the 22nd of each month are donated to local charities. Keep this in mind for the next 22nd!
How to charge on the network?
1. Find a charging station
Consult the interactive map or your charging app to locate an EcoCharge station along your route and head to the indicated station.
2. Park at the station
Once you arrive, park your vehicle so that the charging cable can easily connect to your charging port.
3. Start a session
To begin and pay for your charging, you have three options:
- You can use our provider’s app.
- You can use your contactless credit card and follow the instructions on the charging station’s screen.
- You can also use other providers’ apps, but be aware that this may incur interoperability fees.
4. Recharge your vehicle
Once the session has started, plug the charging cable into your 100% electric vehicle. Once connected, all you need to do is wait until the battery reaches your desired charge level. In most cases, to preserve the longevity of your battery, it is recommended not to exceed 80% charge unless you are on a long-distance trip.
5. Finish charging
Once your desired charge level is reached, press “Stop Charging” in your app or on the charging station’s screen. Then, unplug the charging cable and carefully return it to its holder, ensuring it clicks securely in place.
Safe travels!
Once your charging is complete, we appreciate your cooperation in freeing up the spot for other users. Drive safely and be courteous on the road!

Note: the total cost of a session depends on several factors, including the vehicle’s charging capacity, the station’s power, and the charging time.
To increase range from 20% to 80%, the average charging time at our stations is about 30 minutes. This depends on your vehicle’s charging capacity, weather conditions, and the vehicle’s battery level upon arrival.
There are different payment methods available at our charging stations: you can pay with a contactless credit card directly at the station, use our provider’s app during your charging session, or use other providers’ apps (FLO, Circuit Electrique). However, be aware that using these apps may incur additional interoperability fees on top of the charging cost.
If you encounter an issue while charging at the station, contact customer service at 1-888-758-4389, available 24/7.
