Founded in 1989, Moisson Sud-Ouest is the Suroît food bank in the Montérégie region. It meets the needs of food-insecure people in the Beauharnois-Salaberry, Haut-Saint-Laurent and Vaudreuil-Soulanges MRCs by recovering and redistributing foodstuffs to accredited organizations.
With a vision of sustainable development, Moisson Sud-Ouest is committed to reducing food waste while encouraging citizen participation.
The sales made on the 22nd of each month at the charging stations located at IGA Marche Famille Vincent inc. in Coteau-du-Lac are donated to them.
