Founded in 2000, Solidarité Familles is a non-profit organization that fights poverty and social exclusion in Quebec City. In collaboration with various partners, the organization offers services and activities such as cooking workshops, community gardens, a thrift store and a community minibus to support families and single people in difficulty.
Thanks to its financial partnerships with Centraide and the Agence de la Santé, Solidarité Familles has been promoting mutual aid and empowerment in the community for over 20 years.
The sales made on the 22nd of each month at the charging stations located at IGA Extra Les Saules in Québec are donated to them.
