Founded in 1993, Moisson Rimouski-Neigette is a charitable organization that fights food insecurity by offering food recovery, processing and distribution services.
Every year, its recovery kitchen recovers thousands of kilos of food, while offering prepared meals to people in need. Moisson Rimouski-Neigette aims to reduce food waste and strengthen community ties.
The sales made on the 22nd of each month at the charging stations located at IGA Extra in Rimouski are donated to them.
