Founded in 2003, the Espace culturel Cookshire-Eaton, formerly known as la Maison de la Culture John-Henry-Pope, is a venue dedicated to the promotion of visual arts and classical music. Located in a heritage building in Cookshire-Eaton, it offers exhibitions by local and national artists, as well as regular concerts.

With a mission to encourage artistic creation and dissemination, the Espace culturel contributes to cultural awareness and heritage preservation in the Haut-Saint-François region.

The sales made on the 22nd of each month at the charging stations located at IGA Cookshire – Gestion Gilles Gene in Cookshire-Eaton are donated to them.
