An Electric Solidarity: $40,000 Raised for Local Organizations in 2024 with RechargÉco IGA
Thanks to your commitment and generosity, we are proud to announce that $40,000 was raised in 2024 to support local community organizations. This amount is double the donations collected in 2023, a true testament to the impact of every charge!
A Solidary and Eco-Friendly Initiative
On the 22nd of each month, by plugging in your vehicle at our RechargÉco IGA charging stations, you contribute to the 22nd Donations initiative, inspired by Earth Day, celebrated every April 22. The funds generated are then set aside and redistributed to support local projects that directly benefit communities.
In 2024, these donations helped support 51 organizations working in various fields, including food assistance, family support, palliative care, health, and education initiatives.
A Promising Future
With the expansion of our charging network and the growth of electromobility, we are confident that 2025 will allow us to achieve even more. Together, we can continue to combine environmental commitment and solidarity for an even greater impact!
